Brewed with Cacao nibs and smoked grain and finished with a generous dry bagging of Double smoked Red and Yellow Scorpion Chillis, and Chocolate Carolina Reaper's. Our brewer then ages more Chillis in a small amount of vodka to create some supper hot extract that is added to a portion of the brew to be used to blend and provide different heat levels when serving at our tap room.
