Fat Lab 24: Aged Hop IPA

For a different take on a hazy IPA, we looked to Belgium for some inspiration. We aged some motueka hops for 3 months and then used a hazy styled yeast our Belgian friends recommended. This will have a very tea like quality at first then the subtle lemon lime from the aged hops will play with the light tropical dose of sabro. Best enjoyed slightly warmer than usual this has layers waiting to be discovered. Hopped with Calypso, Sabro and Motueka.
