Never has the adage ‘a long time between drinks felt so pertinent. The world is changing, but in unprecedented times, certain rituals remain steadfast. I think you know where this is headed…Crack this tin of District Draught and honour those not near. It’s crafted expertly by folk whose lives belong to beer. Extend an arm and cheers where there was once a loved one’s hand. We’ll drink to you in spirit, we’ll see you when we can.So here’s to all the families, to memories new and old. Here’s to staying hopeful and to keeping tinnies cold. While border’s may divide us now, this needn’t spell the end, just rip this half a litre can in ode to Absent Friends.
