Purple Dragon

IPA with Dragonfruit and LemongrassCan Release 4/2 - $20Dragonfruit looks straight out of a fantasy novel. It is flame-shaped, with a shocking magenta color, and speckled interior. Dragonfruit's flavor is surprisingly mild though, so we paired it with an intense blend of hops (Nelson, Riwaka, and Citra) and fresh lemongrass. The lemongrass provides more lemon-than-grassy aromatics that yield a fresh addition to the dank-gooseberry-grapefruit aromatics of the hops.
