Year 1 Birthday DIPA / What a cool phase! We managed to get some more Strata, so that was definitely going in the birthday beer. Brewing to Wang Chung tunes was what made us realise that To Live And Die in L.A. was the right pairing for this beer. Its an overlooked classic/Synth hops – Strata, Simcoe (almost 18g/L!!!)/ Music pairing – Wang Chung / Visual pairing – To Live And Die in L.A.
