Jocote Project With Rangpur Lime

Unique, fruit-driven pale ale. The second entry in our project series revolves around the Jocote fruit: a sweet and tart plum from Central America. Paired with Rangpur Lime--a lime only by name as it's actually a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a lemon--and a large dry-hopped helping of el-dorado, you can expect a sweet and tart pale ale with nice acidity and a big, bright fruity nose.
