As part of our 4th Anniversary celebration (4 years!!) we’ve reached out to our fam over at @whistlepunkbeer in Spokane Washington to brew this Rauch Helles - Holy Smokes! It’s been a beer we’ve craved and thought a lot about brewing this past year.We brewed this beer with beechwood smoked malt and a heritage varietal from Germany. We than fermented cold, carbonated naturally, and lagered until we felt it was ready to serve. Whispers of smoke.Notes of vanilla, brioche and honey.
