Collaboration No. 3 with Heyday Beer Co from Wellington brings us a winter warmer of ultra-traditional heritage. Brewed on the winter solstice of 2024 this is a rich and malt forward Pale Ale for sipping on dark winter evenings. A traditional French farmhouse style usually brewed in winter and bottle-aged until the following winter or even longer for full maturation and enjoyment. Our version is dark copper in colour and incorporates three different rye malts giving a spicy dry feel to this beautiful style. Drink now or keep for up to 3 years.
