Dorothy (1921-1994) was Edward’s sister, and her namesake beer returns this week for takeaway bottles. In her honor, we craft this hoppy Farmstead® from American malted barley, malted wheat, copious amounts of New Zealand and American hops, our distinctive yeast blend, and water from Edward’s well.
