Amber coloured mead of 14 % alcohol by volume with the mixed aroma of honey, hops, and juniper berries. It is made with the best matured Lithuanian mead kinds by fermentation of the nutritious beer yeast.It is matured and stored in the cellars at the temperature of 10°C in the stainless steel barrels for a year.The author Aleksandras Sinkevičius called this mead by the name of the elders – Bočių in respect of Lithuanian past and traditions of the ancient Lithuanians who made and used mead as a ritual drink.
