To celebrate our weekly Barselsbar event at Brus, we brewed this special session IPA.For this beer, we brewed a session IPA, using pilsner, Maris Otter, wheat, oats and a bit of carapils. All these malts are there to build layers of flavor that a session IPA really needs.We then used Chinook, and Simcoe in the whirlpool.For the dry-hop, we used cryo Centennial and the 2019 Pink Boots Blend. The Pink Boots blend, is a hop blend, where the proceeds of all the sales of the hops, support women in the brewing industry.These hops together, produce a really intense lime and lemon flavor and aroma, that fit's perfectly with the light base beer.Enjoy!
