A traditional mead made with "Swamp Honey", Tupelo Honey from the swamps of southern Georgia. This rare honey is prized for it's exquisite taste.  Expect flavors of key lime, light cinnamon, and a subtle creaminess. Aged on a small amount of toasted French oak.
