Notes de la brasserie: Au nez on retrouve des notes des fruits à noyaux très mûrs et de vin blanc. Le corps de cette neipa est très rond, la gazéification est faible. Le moût de viognier se combine agréablement au nectaron, apportant des notes complémentaires d'abricots, de pêches, de poires et un peu de fruits exotiques (ananas et mangues). La finale est très peu amère.- - - - -Brewery notes: On the nose we find notes of very ripe stone fruits and white wine. The body of this NEIPA is very round and carbonation is low. The viognier must combines pleasantly with the Nectaron, bringing complementary notes of apricots, peaches, pears and a little exotic fruit (pineapple and mangoes). The finish is not very bitter.
