Mixed culture saison aged in American Oak foeder for 8 months and then dry-hopped with Oregon grown Crystal hops at a rate of 1.5lbs/bbl. The beer is lively with hop aromatics delivering notes of grapefruit, pineapple, coconut, tangerine with just a whisper of earthy funk. The body is light and crisp with a dry, effervescent finish.
