New Zealand Grape Ale (NZGA) Sauvignon Blanc: 6.0% : All the aromas on the nose are clearly evident on the palate. Big, dominating passionfruit and other tropical (lychee) flavours punching through, with a green, grass-like finish. Seemingly dry. Short finish. Slightly tart. Differently bitter – a more complex combination of both IBUs and phenolic bitterness coming from the grape skins help to round off this unique beer. Well carbonated!
