Vilkmerges brewers wanted to surprise with summery flavor and brewed "Chamomile Saison". Lithuanian chamomile and Saison yeast particularly well in tune with each other, and revealed a number of interesting flavors, but also maintained simplicity of ale and delicate flavor with smell great.The beer is very limited - only during the summer season.
