FRESH HOP ALE with Fresh Picked Hops From Our CommunityEvery year we invite our whole beer loving community to bring in their homegrown hops so we can make a CoHoperative Ale.Each grower (and each volunteer hop-picker) gets a crowler of the finished product and the satisfaction that their little baby hop harvest will go on to become a mature and satisfying Fort George Beer. A few weeks ago, we spent the afternoon picking those fresh homegrown hops from their bines in the courtyard and prepping them for the brew.
