Fumo

Описание

Richly nuanced yet approachable and fun, Fumo is our cold weather collaboration with Muddy York! Using a conservative amount of Oak Smoked Wheat, we integrated flavours of coffee, roasted nuts and dark chocolate with a yeast strain that really brings out the dark fruit and maple character of the malt bill. The result is a surprisingly easy going dark beer that is rich, strong and well balanced.
