The one that brought our little brewery off the farm and into the city. It's a Belgian-styled wheat beer that uses our unique yeast strain to create a distinctive sweet and sour aroma and spicy citrus flavour. It's such a favourite amongst the herd that we'll only stop making it when pigs fly.
