A super smooth and easy drinking porter made with organic cacao nibs. A touch of sweetness upfront followed by lovely complex notes of chocolate, ending with a touch of bitterness. Served on Nitro.Brewer's Notes: a fun and special beer for 2 reasons. First, this version is based on our original Short John recipe, the 3rd beer we ever brewed at Bicycle. Second, it is part of our ongoing collaboration with local legends Juno the Bakery. They have been using our beer as an ingredient in their rugbrød for over a year and the base version of this beer (ex. cacao nibs) is the latest iteration of that awesome cooperation.Ingredients: malted barley, wheat, cacao nibs, hops and yeast
