Of the Village: Flowing Springs

2023 - Our "Of the Village" series makes use of all kinds of fruit sourced through our community. For this batch, we were able to source a variety of heirloom and cider apples from a small orchard just a few miles from the Cidery. We then pressed them in our 130 year old Cider Press, fermented and aged for 20 months. The result is a delightfully unique traditional cider with an excellent tannic backbone, moderate funk, and a flavor profile expressing the orchard at Flowing Springs.
