Intertwined: Dornfelder - Pinot Noir

This cider started with pressing handpicked and locally harvested apples. The juice was fermented spontaneously for several weeks. Once fermentation ceased, it was macerated on Pinot Noir and Dornfelder grape skins for several more weeks.
