Exclusive release for Quadrivium Aristocracy. We took our 2023 ‘Dark Star’ Belgian Imperial Stout and aged it for six months in an ex- Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel with tart blood orange & organic dark maple syrup added. The final beer is deep & rich with a profile of dark bitter chocolate, plum, cinnamon, vanilla, orange & maple. Rich & smooth with very well-hidden booze.
