Microhistory beer. Pupsy was a simple horse. He worked the land and enjoyed chewing hay in the sunshine. One morning in 1999, a sinkhole opened up and swallowed Pupsy. Why is life so unfair? By drinking this beer, we remember a fine animal whose life was cut short too soon.
