For the second beer in the series, we choseto brew a New England IPA with a higheralcohol percentage for the final wintermonths.The hop combination consists of Citra, CitraCryo and Motueka hops that provides juicynotes of fresh citrus, tropical fruit and a hintof lime. The use of a generous dose of oatsand wheat gives the beer a full and smoothmouthfeel.
