This sour presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. Lychee, Dragon Fruit and Gooseberry puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a finish that is balanced with sea salt. Whole vanila pods were then added during aging to round out the flavors on this amazing brew!
