Back in the day Logan took a trip to a distant land called North Carolina and tried a barrel aged blended Peach Sour at Burial Beer Co. Inspired by its combination of sweet chocolate and tangy fruit we have made a Sawmill version - a refreshing sour with plenty of sweet peach, warm vanilla and cacao. New Zealand grown Rakau hops ramp up the stonefruit aromas.
