The C hops. We love them. OldSchool American beers how theyused to taste in the late 90’s andearly 2000’s. Pine, Grapefruit,dank, citrus, spice and a bit oftropical. When brewers refer to Chops they usually refer to theclassics - US Cascade, Centennial,Columbus and Chinook. Morerecently Citra has snuck in there,very new world, big citrus andtropical notes. So we have used allof these, mainly old school Pine andGrapefruit with a little other citrusand tropical notes thrown in forgood measure! We C you and raiseyou some more C hop goodness!
