Biologially grown with notes of citrus, apple and sweet peach - added to the wort (unfermented beer) while starting fermentation.FIFTY % BEERA blond beer brewed in september 2022 with 15% oats, 11% wheat and 74% malts, hopped with 'apricot and peachy' callista and 'honey flavored' Ella.BARREL AGED & BARREL FERMENTEDFor over 18 months on a freshly emptied Ex-Chardonnay barrel 'sur lie' style.
