We are stoked to work with Clayton Hops to showcase “Thiol Theory”- an organically derived concentrated powder (from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins) which interacts with the yeast and boosts the tropical and winey characters in the Nelson Sauvin hops used in this Hazy Pale Ale. Gladfield Oats give it a creamy base. Nelson Sauvin at its most intense!
