Neon Twisted Love

We recently got our hands on some truly stunning Azacca and Strata hops from Crosby Hops and decided to brew up a big sticky DIPA! We've used beautiful Golden Promise malt here for a slightly sweeter biscuit malt profile and loaded up with Azacca and Strata - a delicious new hop for us - and fermented with Vermont yeast. This hop-marriage ❤️ was truly made in heaven : spicy mango, pineapple, tangerine and pine from the Azacca with grapefruit, passionftuit, dark strawberry and a backbone of dank weed from the Strata. Enjoy!
