Spontaneous wild ale means that no laboratory cultured yeast was added to ferment this beer. We simply use the yeast & microflora that are on the fruits from our amazing Bihor county. The black currants used in this beer are grown in our county and the grapes are from a local winery. This is one for the true Voivod fans out there!!!
