ALBERT'S BINO #33 - HAU LAP SUPDDH SALTED PLUM HAM SUP SOUR IPAA DDH Sour IPA brewed with Canton’s very own Preserved and Salted Plum. A kettle soured hazy IPA DDHed with New World Hops (Superdelic, Mosaic, Krush) that screams with tropical fruit and berry-like aromas. Drinkability is key for this beer. Bitterness is toned down and the salted fruits adds complexity to the a relatively lower ABV beer. The salinity should help balance the hop intensity. Finishes semi-dry with a fruity impression.
