Originally brewed for the Big Chill Festival in Armidale, we decided to package it this year due to its popularity. We named it Hillbilly in homage to our brewery’s origins. It has a big and bold malty backbone with a heap of fruity hops and balanced bitterness to keep you coming back for more.
