This beer is clear and focused, hopped only with Centennial. These hops are known for their pine, resin and grapefruit-like character. This beer adds a nice alternative for a hop kick that isn’t a fruit party.For those that have been drinking beer for a little while, we based the recipe for this on Two Hearted Ale that turned Bells’ Brewing into a multi-million dollar company.
