This cider is made from apples that ripen in the fall at Masonville Orchards. There are dozens of varieties of apples in this blend including Ruby Jon, Jonathan, Sansa, Prairie spy, Kinderkrisp and others. The aroma reminds of the fresh smell of autumn. The flavor is rich and lasting with a light caramel undertone.
