Plums are my jam, and while these pluots are technically a hybrid of plums and apricots, they look and taste like a plum. Foam that lingers well after you're done with your pour, a candy aroma that brings me back to my youth and a medium acidity are what makes me love this blend. I wish we had more and I can't wait for more plums this summer!
