Threat Level Cabernet

One of our most remembered beers of 2018 was an Imperial Stout aged with Red Wine Grapes. When we made Threat Level naturally we wanted to divert 5 gallons for this experiment! The Cabernet grapes add to the dark fruit character from the base as well as body from the ABV boost. The base roast is reminiscent of the tannic oak of a full bodied red!
