Brewed to support one of our favourite NZ sports team. A fun challenge to make a "Black" IPA that's not roasted or malty by using sinamar, a natural dehusked malt concentrate, then a juicy combination of Simcoe, Falconers Flight and Bavaria Mandarina. All black in colour but all IPA in taste.
