Flying the flag for the land down under in Rock Juice V9 is Galaxy, Ella and Vic Secret. We’ve isolated these hops like our home state of WA and showcased them here in 9. Australia.Again using the same malt bill as RJV9, the grassy, tropical fruit and basil-like herbaceous hop characters shine bright like the southern cross.London Fog is the yeast powerhouse in 9. Australia which helps throw waves of peach esters. Balanced bitterness assists in creating an easy drinking experience that finishes semi dry on the palate and makes it hard to put down the glass.Best consumed at a BBQ with your mates, 9. Australia is our token of appreciation to the awesome home grown hops of our country.G’DAY FROM WA!
