An experiment born from a portion snuck out of our WAX OFF Belgian Tripel. After ageing on Chrysanthemum and Osmanthus petals, the beer has transformed and delivers an experience similar to a rich fruit-flower tea of apricots, pomme fruits, and chamomile florals. Time has also helped mellow and round off the gentle spice overtones apparent in the base beer.
