Open fermented at low temperatures for a clean aroma of spring flowers, citrus, lagered for 2 months to carefully weave these aromas into the taste of freshly baked bread, slight minerality and expressive hop bitterness. Unfiltered, crispy and highly drinkable, this lager is our tribute to the people who work to transform beer from a simple set of ingredients brought from all over the world into a real local drink.
