Rum Daddy is our previous release "Malt Daddy" vintage ale after being aged in a rum barrel. Notes of oak, vanilla, coconut and tropical paradise layer over top of complex malt, dried fruit and light toffee. The barrel used had formerly held FNQ Rum Co Iridium Gold Rum for 4 years from Mt. Uncle Distillery in North Queensland.
