From the local Norwegian farmhouse beers come Kviek (K-VIKE) yeast which gives us fresh pineapple, mango and tangerine. This paired with our use of Azzaca, Eclipse and Mosaic hops, you have a fruit heavy nose and aftertaste. Beautifully clear in straw colour and a crisp and bitter finish.
