Barley Wine - Bourbon Barrel AgedBarleywine aged for 11 months in Tennessee Bourbon barrels refined with Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla pods and a blend of roasted coffees of Indian, Brazilian and Ethiopian origin. Caramel aromas combine with the aromas of nuts, coffee, dark chocolate and oak. In the mouth, the tropical vanilla flavour is well balanced with notes of coffee and raspberry, a slightly salty finish that cleanses the palate and the aroma of distillate that invites the next sip.Beer brewed with coffee and vanilla, matured in Bourbon barrels.Ingredients: water, barley malt, sugar 4%, yeast, hops, coffee 0.1%, vanilla 0.01%.
