A blend of barrel aged spontaneous beer, infused with sun ripened Clutha Gold apricots from the Webb Family’s 100 year old orchard outside Cromwell. The finished beer is a radiant gold, with an astonishing ripe apricot aroma and a juicy tart stone fruit palate.
