Turbo Sniffer is a mixed-culture Berliner Weisse that was fermented in our oak foeders with our house blend lactobacillus and brettanomyces, then blended with a two-year-old aged sour ale to give it a super delicious pineapple-oak-tannin-white-wine-grape flavor with a good amount of tartness.
