A thick dark Imperial stout of 12.3%, this beer is drybeant with a generous amount of freshly roasted coffee from Single Estate Coffee Roasters. We have used a coffee from Guatemala, to be exact the variety “Puerta Verde”. This coffee originates from the Puerta Verde plantation, Close to the volcanoes “Agua and Fuego”, this area provides a microclimate with extremely fertile soil and an average temperature of 25°C. For more information visit the website of Single Estate.Together with Single Estate, we chose this coffee to create an extra layer in the beer with notes of Caramel (Almost kinda Praline-isch) nuts, chocolate, and a full roastyness.
