ANNIVERSARY BREWPUB SPECIAL – DDH IPA – 7,0%After a crazy 1st year, we knew we had to brew a special IPA for the 1st Brewery and Pub Anniversary. We boosted our flagship IPA base with a tad more malt and loaded it with a tad more hops than we usually would – all varieties from Down Under.Galaxy, Ella, Topaz, and Eclipse (Spectrum) converge, releasing their energy into a powerful, double dry hopped stonefruit star.We love this one, and we hope you do too.
