Versus is a two part series where we explore the differences between two IPA yeasts, while the dry-hop stays the same.For East of the Sun, we used WLP066 London Fog yeast with a healthy double dry-hop of Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot.In East of the Sun we experience notes of mango, papaya and grapefruit on a soft body with a gentle bitter finish.
